If you have purchased an item instore that you are unhappy with please contact our store by phone or email.
All items returned to store must be returned with the packaging in the original condition or may not be accepted (unless faulty).
Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
Refunds on full price items must be made within 21 days of date of purchase.
Sale items can only be refunded in cases where the product is faulty or the incorrect item is received.
Returns must be made instore and will be processed via original form of payment.
